Members who join for three years or who renew for three years pay up front for those three years at a discounted rate. Our Auditiors require us to provide a report each year of the monies paid in the current and two previous years relevant to the current year. I have been doing this manually in the past and can proivide fiugures for the years 2021 and 2022 but I need a report for 2023 and all future years.

As an example, the report needs to identify:

• Every new member joining in the year where the renewal date is three years ahead
• Every existing membership renewed in 2023 where the renewal date is three years ahead
• Calculate the amount paid (excluding donations) for each.
• Total the amounts and divide by three.
• In the future, provide this information for the current year and each of the previous two years.
• The report is required before the end of our financial year on 31st January.
