TK188 - Adding an error to appear when trying to save a contract without site being selected

The title says it all. When I added the Holland House contract, I'd failed to assign the site but it let me save the contract. I then went to generate the visit schedule & it wouldn't work, it took me ages to realise that it wasn't working because I hadn't selected the site on the contract
