TK16 - Auto assign a scheduled date

This was setup a while ago in a sprint but caused an error so was disabled and has never been sorted, the objective was to have the system look at the schedule and slot the approved job in at the next available date. We do not want a full day to be allocated for a 1 hour job so we need a way, I think on the quote page, to set the time allocation of either 1 hour 1/4 of a day 1/2 a day 3/4 of a day 1 day 1 and a 1/2 days 2 days We wouldn't want it to start booking anything within 4 working days of current days date.
