Jus wondering if there is a machanisum whereby we could include enquiries@gwsr.com to receive Volunteer Announcements? Currently they will go to the individuals that man reception, whuich means that they would need to have either a secondry method or receiving emails during the day or forward them on to enquiries@gwsr.com. We have had incidents when a VA has gone out and peopl ehave been phoning in and the reception team have nort been aware.
