I know the production stage "Stock Check" cannot be marked as completed unless we have a stock item in the job but could it also not move on if status of any item within the stock items is "Stock check Required"

Could we also make it so the job cannot be closed without all stock items showing as in stock? Sometime when things have been on order they do not get marked as arrived and sit on the stock ordering page as "on order" for ages.
