TK72 - Membership download csv does not match the statistics shown on screen

I've just downloaded the Cornishman Repoprt that shows 3,278 rows. However, the stats page (below) shows 3,653 memberships and the duration figure shows only 1,014 !!! Please explain; I MUST have accurate figures.
