At the moment when we get a email or phone call enquiring about vehicle graphics or business signage we often send a topic specific templated email from Gmail the same as we did when we needed to request artwork from customers, now you've intergrated that into the system. Could the same be done for this.

It could piggyback on the artwork request email, We would need the "Request Artwork" to show on the lead page too and maybe the name changed to "Request Artwork/Info"

My thinking is you could click the request artwork buttom a popup apprear with check boxes for the information we require and a presaved paragraph is inserted into the email.
